Lemon and Broccoli Chicken

I made this last night for dinner and considering how easy it was, it was quite yummy. 

Ingredients
1 lemon
1 TBL olive oil
4 chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/2 c milk
Pepper to taste
4 c cooked rice

Directions 
Cut 4 thin slices of lemon and set aside. Save the rest of the lemon to squeeze into dish later. Heat oil and then cook chicken until browned. Add soup, milk, lemon juice from remaining lemon section, and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil and switch to low heat, cook covered for 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
